Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded by you, we cannot offer refunds. This is because digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods.
We may provide a refund only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once.
- Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the product and our support team cannot resolve it.
- Wrong Product Delivery: If you receive a different product than the one you ordered.
